What type of events are hosted at the Enclave?

Ceremony, Reception, Rehearsal Dinner, Events, Birthday Parties, Anniversary Parties, Reunions, Corporate Meetings and Photography Sessions


Can I take a tour of Stowe Manor?

Yes, we would love to give you a tour of our venue.  All tours are by appointment only.  Please call us at  980-553-1820 

 to schedule your visit.


What is the capacity of the venue?

10-150 guests can be accommodated in the Enclave.  About 125 can be seated inside.  The gardens and outdoor spaces can accommodate up to 200 guests depending on the selection of space.


Do you provide event coordination?

No.  However, our catering and events firm has certified planners on staff to assist.


Do provide tables/chairs and  decor?

Each space does come with tables and chairs.  You may bring in your choice of entertainment and floral design.  


Do you allow sparklers?

We do not permit sparklers, fireworks or Chinese lanterns. We are located in a residential neighborhood and want to be respectful of our community.


How late can we stay at the Enclave?

All events and music must end by 12:00am due to a noise ordinance for the neighborhood.


Can we provide our own alcohol?

Yes, you can bring in your own beer and wine but it must be served by a licensed bartender provided by our on site catering and events firm.  Please note that if you plan to serve liquor, you will need to secure a one day permit through the ABC Board.


Can I have my bridal portraits taken at the Enclave?
Yes, we do allow brides to have their portraits done on the property for a $150.00 fee.  Appointments are based on availability. Please call or email us for more information.


Can an outside caterer be used for my event?

Our exclusive caterer is Your Custom Catering & Events.  We do evaluate requests on a case by case basis to allow for an outside vendor or to bring in prepackaged food from delis, grocery stores etc.  ALL catering requests for outside vendors MUST include business license, health permit and certificate of insurance.  Outside catering fees may apply upon approval of vendor.


Do you have parking available?

Yes, a parking lot is located beside of the Enclave.  If additional parking is needed, please contact us two weeks prior to your event for arrangements.


Can I have my rehearsal at the Enclave?

As long as the date is available, we would love to host your rehearsal.


How much is the advance deposit and when is it due?

We require a 50% deposit upon booking the venue. The remaining balance is due 30 days from your event date. A $50 to $75 cleaning fee will also be added.


Will there be other events taking place during my event?

No. You will have exclusive rights to the Enclave. Enjoy!


What time does my access begin on the day of my event?

We work the time out with each individual client.  Typically one to two hours prior to your event.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL VENDORS (FLORIST, RENTALS, BAKERY, DJ & ENTERTAINMENT ETC.) MUST PROVIDE A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE.
